The primary drug of the drug cartel is adrenochrome. That’s the industrialized cash cow. It is at the end of that brief but fabulously profitable drug manufacturing production-life, after the children are used up and near death, that’s when they are disposed of through one final cash gathering retail operations such as sacrifice, organ harvesting and various other cannibalistic practices of many kinds such as converting corpses into powders that can be sold as medicine, etc.

There’s not much further you can say about that level of criminal psychosis, except that it is beyond our human authority to forgive. The children must be rescued, and the cartel and its clients killed without mercy.
