He thought my 69ng/mL was too high because he sees 20 - 50ng/mL as the normal range. I hope he looks at the more recent studies to confirm that his 800iu D3 daily and 35ng/mL as being ideal are desperately low.

Everything that I have seen based on recent studies suggests that 50 - 90ng/mL is where we need to be and that the body tends to self limit at 90ng/mL, with 120ng/mL being the level where toxicity problems start to emerge.

To maintain that I take 5,000iu D3 daily in the winter and every other day in the summer, with 100mcg for every 5,000iu D3.

Yeah I have been doing 5000 plus K2 daily for a few years, might change to 2-3 times a week especially as the warmer weather is here.
