I'm sure they were nmol/L. Mine were when they came through and I thought I had overdone it but nmol/L are ng/mL x 2.5.
That makes the 50 - 90ng/mL healthy range = 125 - 225nmol/L
125ng/mL toxic limit = 312.5nmol/L
186nmol/L your reading = 74.4ng/mL and is within 6ng/mL of mine and Director12. All good!
