I see some monkeys evolved and some just couldn't be bothered? humans have 46 chromosomes monkeys have 48. we have 2 fused/spliced chromosomes some say it was an evolutionary conbobulation experts say that's about as likely as a freeway pile up rearranging it's self into a 747 and suggest an intervention ? myself I dont know but I'm happy to throw you a banana.
