I've been following the advice of Dr. Ellie Phillips on YouTube using xylitol and in one of her videos she mentioned fluoride. She said that it shouldn't be in the water supply but it is beneficial to teeth and should be applied directly. I think it might be in the toothpaste she recommends? I can't find the video because my ADSL is down and it's switched to the mobile signal until they can fix it, which is painfully slow.

I was very surprised when she said that.
