It is a bit complicated , I just got a 1kg bag of xylitol to kick it off. It was only about $36 delivered and top quality from birch bark in Finland and the cool mint listerine from Coles to start with. Iherb have the Crest and ACT, with cloSYS available on line in Oz.
The fluoride is in the toothpaste too.
The fact that they both have good teeth is great. We had lead water pipes when I grew up and everyone seemed to have their teeth removed while they were young and get dentures, it was expected. I hung on to mine but had extractions and fillings leading to some recent implants which set me back $20,000. Having the implants fitted with just a local is pretty horrific, it's the drilling of the jaw bone that's so bad.
