    I had one done a few years back, was the least painful dental experience I've ever had, didn't even need to use aspro afterwards.

    We also saw that Dr Ellie clip a few weeks back and stocked up on xilitol gum, not sure it's helping my teeth but it has put a damper on the sugar cravings so I'd keep using it if just for that.
