The problem in my opinion is that covid is new and we don't know what it will be like in the future.

There are studies that show people of all ages can end up with long term health issues after being infected
so lockdowns and social distancing have been accepted by the majority in order to avoid getting infected.

Some are making a stand against lockdowns and vaccinations but the majority see vaccination as less dangerous than becoming positive to covid.
