Attorney Aaron Siri reveals how lawsuits forced the CDC to release buried data showing 7.7% of early V-safe users required medical care after the shot — and most reports involved ER visits or hospitalizations.
So why did the CDC only publish safety data from the first week?
“They knew longer-term harms would destroy the narrative,” Siri says. “We had to claw that data out of them after two years of litigation.”
He also blasts the 1986 law that gave Big Pharma immunity from vaccine lawsuits, calling it “the only consumer product you can’t sue for design defects.”
