Well I have to say I agree with all your points other than the one about status.
I don’t think it’s status that is the emotion that is controlling the tertiary educated. I think tertiary education is a far higher form of mind control than people appreciate.
Tertiary Education is a psyop with a few useful facts along the way so people can keep a roof over their head.
Your point about forgetting the whole thing, especially the sweeping the whole matter under the carpet is certainly the safe space that just about everyone retreats to regardless of education, background or vocation.
