Entertainers should NEVER have succumbed to the mighty $$'s on offer just for the sake of saying things they may not have believed. They should never have entered the debate about medicine, a topic most of them never took interest in until they were paid to become interested.
Many I admired for their talents I cannot listen to, or watch, without thinking what hypocrites, how 'cheap' they have become both morally and ethically.
I suspect many have lost credibility, reputation for their flirtation with promoting big pharma and dogma, ultimately they pay the price 'one way or another' when the grim reaper comes a knocking!
