The old cholesterol boogie man.
So whilst next to nobody knows that the brain is and requires cholesterol, just about the same number of people don’t know that if you don’t eat any of the foods that are supposedly bad for you when it comes to cholesterol, well your body will just do the old sidestep and make cholesterol out of the sugars in the vegetable based diet that it is being subjected to.
Cholesterol Free Diet .......... there’s no such thing when the Body has the ability to do the “Switch-a-roo”.
The real health issue is/are SEED OILS or the temperature that Non Seed Oils like Olive Oil are cooked at......... best to keep the temperature as low as practically possible for the purpose with Olive Oil otherwise you diminish its benefits.
Seed Oils are the big Bad-ass in this equation and of course they have been pushed as the “healthy” alternative by YOU KNOW WHO.
