Oh please ...they're not blind to it. They're complicit 100%. There are whores in every terrible industry. How can one be an advocate of war but there are many American and European politicians that are and the proof is in their bank accounts from military contractors repaying them for their help.
This is the exact same case for the pharma complex, they throw their money around and buy up support from pollies, sports stars, media heads and yes HC dufus muppets too who get the crumbs so they can finally move out of their mother's basement.
They act compassionately but it's an act cause the $$$$ are too tempting.
