If a person has any underlying or predisposed conditions then the doctor or nurse administering the vaccine should err on the side of precaution. It is their duty and It is extremely irresponsible for anyone in authority not to do so. if otherwise It is called negligence and should be dealt with accordingly!!
Not everyone receiving these experimental vaccines can tolerate them as we are now learning and there in lies a very important message, which may now be getting through to some in authority. But it's a hard message to covey, isn't it?
