"The incidence of myocarditis is approximately 1.5 million cases worldwide per year. Incidence is usually estimated between 10 to 20 cases per 100,000 persons. The overall incidence is unknown and probably underdiagnosed."

So, for a population of 5 million the likely occurrence of myocarditis is 500 to 1000 in a year or 42 to 83 per month. Over the 4 months since vaccination started, in a population of 5 million, 167 to 333 would have been expected to get myocarditis. The overall incidence of myocarditis in the post vaccination population doesn't appear to be significantly different to what would be expected.

And who is more likely to get myocarditis?

"Conclusions: Men are significantly more susceptible to myocarditis than women. Young men are especially at risk for acquiring myocarditis, while women are affected most commonly at the postmenopausal age. The proportion of hospital admissions caused by myocarditis has an inverse, logarithmic association with age."
