Can anyone explain why the TGA has one set of numbers in the summary section which is totally different to the set of numbers that follow in the attached charts?

The results are shown in two tabs.
Number of reports (cases): 80504
Number of cases with a single suspected medicine: 79151
Number of cases where death was a reported outcome: 654
There are 56 charts that look like this
This is only part of the 1st of 56 charts and the deaths column already has 898 deaths in the tally
I haven't added up the remaining 55 charts but I'm sure you can see where this is going
We are being lied to by our own government
These vaccine adverse reactions will end up with a tally of ''number of cases where death was a reported outcome''
that is far greater than ''died with covid''
