I explained to someone the other day that approximately 1.1 ish more people in a thousand died in the UK in 2020 as compared with 2018 and that more people died in 2003 as a percentage of the UK population. I even showed them the multiple govt/statistical charts that confirm these figures.

Similar in Sweden where 2.5 more people per 10,000 died in 2020 as compared with 2018.
