The Pfizer pill uses just one of the six methods that ivermectin employs to stop a virus in its tracks.
That makes it as bad as the fake vaccines, which encourage mutation, because the virus only has to overcome that one approach which then makes it harder to deal with.
It's as if they intended to encourage the virus rather than get rid of it. Luckily we still have ivermectin which stops it in its tracks and is also looking very promising at doing the same with cancer.
