But I do remember those teachers who were certainly not made for any form of teaching, be it teaching children or young adults. I could never understand why they took up teaching other than the obvious luxury of endless long holidays; whilst some teachers preferred the use of the strap to the use of logic!

But I also remember those teachers who were dedicated to their job and were not averse to helping those who needed extra assistance, and could excercise control over a class no matter how large.

And, unfortunately, some teachers had no idea whatsoever in dealing with those young adults whose sole role in life was to make life hell for the teaching profession!
