Im working on one of the biggest mines in the world, workforce 20,000 (Freeport West Papua) we have had corona up here since March 2020, we all sleep in single mens quarters, the nationals sleep 4 to a room, if someone shows symptoms and test positive they are put into a quarantine room for a couple weeks until tested negative and back to work, all close contacts are also isolated as a precaution, once tested clear back to work, many of my expat workmates have tested positive as they were close contacts , i think only one or two out of a couple hundred that i know even showed any symptoms, the mine hasn't missed a beat , actually we are in record ton and production mode, no lockdowns, no panic , just manage it. The average age of covid deaths in Australia is 85, higher than the mortality rate, the whole thing is a joke, the world is laughing their heads of at Aus. the way they carry on.
