Edged care residents can get vaccinated if they want,some have health issues and have been recommended that don't get vaccinated and some don't want to,they will not be forced to get vaccinated its just more of your misinformation.
There are no experimental covid vaccines that term is welded into your head and about the only argument you have left,if the workers don't want to vaccinated or don't have a reason why they should not be vaccinated then they can find another job,perhaps looking after you.
