About 95% of these 100000 people are vaccinated. 95% of uk age above 60 are vaccinated based on latest data meaning only 5000 of these 100000 are not vaccinated. 128 of these 5000 people died from covid, the actual percentage death rate for the unvaccinated is 128/5000x100 = 2.5%. The actual death rate for vaccinated is 311/95000×100=0.33%. Unvaccinated people has 2.5/0.33 or 7.6 times higher, please correct me if I am wrong.
