The Federal Bio Security Law overrides any NSW law for lockdowns , wearing of masks , being tested for covid , social distancing , covid vaccinations etc. Therefore all restrictions being imposed by the NSW Government are not valid in any way. So a human bio security order can only be placed on an individual (not a group of people) by a Federal Bio Security Officer and has to be then approved by a judge in a court of law. This has not occurred.
