All deaths, medical events even headaches it seems, after medical procedures or drugs etc have been taken, have to be reported to the authorities for investigation, hence the 355. They say the number of deaths in the vaccinated population is consistent if not a bit less than the percentage in the unvaccinated population despite the elderly being at the top of the vaccine queue. As a lot of the early vaccinations have gone to those in care homes, and front line workers etc the reporting of the adverse events ie headaches, chills etc is probably higher than normal as these people, in my opinion, are probably more likely to have their immune systems response to the vaccine declared.

"The vaccines don't stop the spread" They reduce the individuals virus load as the body has been primed to immediately recognise the virus and attack it which therefore makes it harder, but not impossible, for the virus to be transmitted to others

"The vaccines don't stop you getting covid" No it doesn't but because the bodies immune system has been primed to recognise the virus, by the vaccine, it reduces the impact of the virus on the body.

"The vaccines don't excuse you from lockdown or wearing a mask" No because you can still spread it, but once a sufficient number of the population has been vaccinated I'd expect less restrictions because the diseases ability to have severe impact on individuals that are vaccinated will be reduced and the ability for rampant spread will have also been reduced, and the health system etc will be able to cope with the unvaccinated who still develop severe symptoms.
