That vitamin D needs to be as D3 and a higher dose than the common 800 - 1,100iu range often suggested. It seems the study that decided on that level was flawed and it should be about 10x higher. Look it up. You can get D3 in 10,000iu capsules very cheaply.
D3 also makes us convert calcium more efficiently, x22 from memory[again look it up] and that calcium goes into the blood and can cause problems. To fix that and make the calcium go into bones and teeth etc we need vitamin K2 as MK7 in the 100 - 200mcg range for that amount of D3[10,000iu] which is actually modest compared to some suggestions.
Again please confirm this for yourself but I am pretty confident on the figures. The K2 as MK7 is a bargain from Sowelo in Poland and as part of the EU I like to think they have strict quality control.
