My wife shared with me some of the intellectual battles she has faced lately. Good friends reposting rubbish on Facebook that, if it weren't for their confirmation bias, they would quickly discover is doctored information with incorrect photos being used to try and falsify a premise they are desperate to believe in.
These are all good people being sucked down the drain hole of internet wars. The battle for peoples bandwidth is insidious. Imagine how much value there is in knowing exactly who is most gullible.
These people fear being tracked and traced by nanochips or QR codes, and yet they spend hours mainlining their "information" from bot infested sites harvesting their data for future reference.
Come the revolution, these people will all receive their golden ticket from whoever the next Donald Trump guy is, and they'll all start paying healthy subscription fees to keep the good juice going.
Because we all know that you can't trust the commons, right?
