Table 3. from the paper informs us that a total of 2846 women were vaccinated during the 1st and 2nd trimesters of their pregnancy.

Can you please demonstrate how 104 from 2846 equates to 88.8%?

I think he meant to say it was an 88% 'increase' over normal rates.
