'Leaky' vaccines are known to create stronger viruses - bit like antibiotics causing stronger variants of bacteria. Plenty of examples out there. The recent Israeli data would indicate that this is a possibility that needs to be investigated further.

The current narrative for blaming the unvaccinated is concerning and indicates ignorance of other possibilities.
