    Like any virus , sars can indeed mutate but I don't think it will mutate the way you predict without some 'assistance'.
    It is more likely to do what omicron has already demonstrated , like most virus's do in becoming less virulent.

    The real danger now imo is the possibility of immune systems compromised by multiple vaccines which didn't work as intended initially.
    The break thru required to produce a multi use vaccine be able to cover any of the 50 billion possible variants is no closer now than it was 50 years ago when they first started trying to develop one.

    Unless you are privy to information that most aren't ?
