I was in Queensland and I was on a bus and just about every second person was coughing and blowing their nose so I had plenty of exposure ,then at the airport and on the plane home so I was bound to get the flu,we both got the flu but it was very mild so I don't know if the flu jab worked or my immune system worked well,my sister who was with us did not get any symptoms and she usually gets what ever is going around, years ago I got the flu and it really knocked me and most of the others that worked in the office and no one had the jab but its only the second time I have had the flu.
I have know people like you who think they are bullet proof and immune to viruses ,one of my friends claimed he had a concoction that worked when he got the flu,turns out he had never had the flu and it really knocked him.
