The fact that this virus is mutating and is becoming more deadly and effecting younger people should be a warning to those who do not take it seriously,the long term effects are still being assessed but do have long term health effects.
Many viruses have been controlled in Australia with vaccines and unfortunately many people have become complacent because we have been largely immune from viruses that ravage many other countries.so you either get vaccinated or take your chances with the virus .
