See, wearing a mask affects your cognitive abilities. You can't even work out how to put on a jacket, keep sunglasses on or know which direction to walk. Fortunately there was an unmasked person that could come to Biden's rescue. Nice to see Biden keeping us all safe even if he risks looking like a bungling idiot.
