I have an older relative, who has silver chain, (outpatient nursing), providing a service twice or thrice a week.
They have told the relative, that they cannot have unjabbed in the house, or interact with an unjabbed person, or they will drop the service. The relative is a frail 90 year old, already scared out of their mind.
