It's in the government's favour to exaggerate the covid vaccination rate. The "everyone else is doing it, I'd better" effect and the distortion of the death rate is phenomenal. There is no downside to exaggerating the covid vaccination rate if you are trying to maximise the covid vaccination rate.
I'm waiting for a prospective study that looks at 100 non covid vaccinated individuals and 100 freshly vaccinated individuals and follows their progress.
Remember, of the 800 odd people in hospital with covid, less than 0.3% are there who are non covid vaccinated individuals. That is phenomenal.
