If Ivermectin worked how would they justify emergency use authorisation? Therefore it must not work. Only a patent drug has the required economics for pharma to go through regulatory processes. There's no money in Ivermectin and we shouldn't let it crowd out the market for novel therapies, otherwise we're stuck with 40yo drugs.
