It all makes sense:

1) Virtually covid unvaccinated people are in hospital with covid. Looks like getting covid vaccinated and then getting covid increases your chance of hospitalisation by many times.

2) About 10% of people are covid unvaccinated and people are mainly dying with covid rather than from covid. The 10% death rate in the covid unvaccinated is basically a reflection of the age-adjusted covid unvaccinated rate. (Remember, in the UK, the ONS data shows 8% unvaccinated, but the UKHSA data shows 20% covid unvaccinated.)
