It is known that young, fit guys are more likely to get heart damage than a skinny guy because of the greater number of blood vessels in their shoulders. McSweeney was 64 but as he was a gym guy it could be assumed he also had a lot more blood vessels in his shoulders than the average person. Did the jab hit his blood vessel?
