You might have felt the same as I did watching the courtroom scenes. The representatives of the FDA were like mafia henchmen sent to destroy the hope of anyone who opposed them because they had no limitations and could do anything.
In a sane world they would be arrested on the spot by order of the court and put up against a wall and shot as soon as possible.
