As for a conspiracy, that's such an emotive term. Why not consider good old fashioned corruption? It's been with us for a long time and is understandable in medicine, the biggest business of all. You don't need to bribe doctors when you can threaten and censor them. The rest will keep silent because of wilful blindness - how willing is anyone to see the wrongness of something they're complicit in?

Moreover, the Altman report provides evidence of governments' inflating deaths by fudging "with" and "from" Covid.
