If Dr Malhotra didn't post to social media but instead produced medical journal articles (which he has done, to his credit) and presented his findings to public health experts and politicians it would be more effective and doesn't stir up the general public.

I don't understand the need to stir up the general public, it's like he's trying to incite riots or something.
