Actually, as far as Covid-19 classified deaths go, the NZ data shows the fully vaccinated are under represented in deaths by age bands:

Using this data we can determine the percentage of each age group classified as "Not Fully Vaccinated":
As can be seen on the below graph of vaccination uptake, the "Not fully Vaccinated" make up a greater share of total deaths compared to the vaccinated.
