ColB says.......A shortage of pathologists???? That's what happens when you have a service that suddenly has an increase in sales of 10-15%, in this case deaths. Now if all these extra dead people were old buggers you wouldn't even need a post mortem. It's pretty hard to bury young kids and other people in the prime of their lives who suddenly drop dead without a post mortem.
Due to some of Pfizers drug patents expiring they have decided to create a 'One Stop Shop for a Post Mortem and Funeral all rolled into one. This will enable Pfizer to cook the books in regard to cause of death no different to the way they cooked the books for the safety and efficacy of their franken juice.
