The World Health Organisation states that "For consent to be valid, it must be informed, understood and voluntary, and the person consenting..without coercion or persuasion". And most recently Europe’s leading human rights organization, The Council of Europe, released a joint statement to ensure European citizens are informed that the vaccination is NOT mandatory and that no one is politically, socially, or otherwise pressured to get themselves vaccinated and to ensure that no one is discriminated against for not having been vaccinated, due to possible health risks or not wanting to be vaccinated.

We all inherently have the right to decide what is injected into our body or that of our children without coercion or pressure and with fully informed consent. And where there is risk there must always be choice. My body, my choice. We must stand together and draw the line now, before it is too late.

1/ you can't work in any health situation without a flu shot. Fact
2/ all you need to do is change the name of the role within the company and have a new employment agreement signed that includes the vaccination as a must have.

Damn simple. completely legal.

And everyone would be nuts not to get the vax.
