As a rule I do not place much store on the fact checkers, but on this occasion I don't disagree with most of their points. They are going to great lengths to point out that the patent was not taken out in 2015 or 2017. In your haste, you may not have noticed that I also don't claim either year as the time the patent was taken out. Just that it exists from 2020 and who holds it is enough for me.
