Well you do your best to refer, quote and promote them at every opportunity not everything is a conspiracy, the word is used very loosely mainly by government and main stream media and if that's your sources of information then of course you will be a believer in conspiracies.
Big pharma is there to make money, just like any other company globally or on the ASX, but to infer every company is conspiring to make money draws a very long bow indeed.
