Do you understand that the reason why a Health Minister is able to declare a public health order that restricts freedom of movement is because there is a law that permits them to do so? This has been tested in court and it was found that the ministers acted within the law.

If you don't like Australia's laws you have options to change them, via representative government, you cannot just choose to ignore them and not bare the consequences, that's why we have law enforcement and they are permitted to use force to ensure compliance!
