They are the only conclusions that make any sense.

Governments, governing bodies, police, universities, health care, schools, defence etc in western countries have been infiltrated over the last 30 years by left wing entities.

Recently they reached the level of influence they needed to take control and started sowing the seeds of chaos. These people think they are creating a better world and the pain required to reduce the population and instill control[Marxist style] is a small price to pay for their utopia. The people who work in their sphere of influence have little choice if they wish to remain there, such is their domination.

Above them are the global bodies, UN, WHO, WEF etc giving them the power they need, which is why they are keen to oblige and give them the authority they are demanding.

Who knows who pulls the strings at the ultimate level but it's got to be some sort of dynasty with delusions of grandeur and if I had super powers I would find them and take them out to save the world.
