@aimone you have posted this before - I happen to know a few people, who are in love with their feelings, particularly if they are bad feelings and can evoke pity in their fellow humans and they usually accumulate various ailments along the way, the most likely one; obesity, alcoholism, drug addiction etc. etc. and the longer they are 'ill' the fancier their conditions get.

They are diseases of luxury - namely not enough work, too much time to do navel-gazing - we live in the 'woe is me' society and if there isn't a real 'woe' it's easily invented - and the 'affected' usually have found an empath, they can impose upon to mollycoddle them until their dying day. The world is full of such leeches.

How did mankind ever survive terrible wars, terrible diseases like the Great Plague and it's continuing shorter versions over the centuries?
Smallpox? Childhood diseases? Polio?

pls. do not believe anyone anything - but of course, you will go ahead, and impose your 'views' which are not medically sound - on the people on here, many of whom have psychiatric problems anyway. Just look at their posts!!!
