NZ has put the brakes on signing up to WHO pandemic treaty (for now). New Coalition has said 'no' to the December deadline, so has until middle of 2024 to decide.

Also of relevance to this thread: NZ Coalition agreement includes the following.

• Repeal the Therapeutic Products Act 2023.
• Ensure a national Interest Test is undertaken before New Zealand accepts any agreements from the UN and its agencies that limit national decision-making and reconfirm that New Zealand’s domestic law holds primacy over any international agreements.

• End all Covid-19 vaccine mandates still in operation.

Work on Hate Speech Laws by the Law Commission is canned and Universities are to draft free speech policies – wow!

And the list goes on. We have just gone from the worst Government ever, to possibly the best. Hats off to National, Act and NZ First. They are actually rolling back the communist takeover, and being Bold and decisive. I never thought I'd live to see it.
