April 1, 2023 - VAERS 2631714 - 64 year old woman had 4th Moderna mRNA Vaccine (BIVALENT) on Dec.22, 2022. She was diagnosed with acute leukemia 3 months later in March 2023 and died one month later on April 1, 2023. Cause of death: subdural hemorrhage, thrombocytopenia. Diagnosis to death: 1 month.======

July 20, 2022 - VAERS 2414272 - 62 year old woman had Moderna mRNA Vaccine on Jan.7, 2022. She presented 6 months later with acute respiratory failure, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (on July 5, 2022), was hospitalized for 15 days and died on July 20, 2022. Diagnosis to death: 15 days.======

July 6, 2022 - VAERS 2466238 - 36 year old man had 2nd AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine in September 2021, was diagnosed with Acute promyelocytic leukemia 9 months later in June 2022 and died one month later on July 6, 2022.======

June 26, 2022 - VAERS 2390949 - 72 year old man had 3rd Pfizer mRNA vaccine on March 2, 2022. Two months later on May 30, 2022 he was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with Leukemia. He died 3 weeks later on June 26, 2022. Diagnosis to death: 3 weeks
